The Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft has now awarded its seal of approval to innovations through research.

    For problem solvers and innovation heroes

    Every two years, the Stifterverband awards the "Innovative through Research" seal to companies that make an exceptional contribution to research and innovation. The seal recognizes the special commitment of these companies to research and development. Questions such as

    • How much does industry invest in research and development in Germany?
    • What impact does this have on the future viability of this country?

    are the focus of the survey that the Science Statistics Unit of the Stifterverband conducts annually on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. The results of the survey are included in the Federal Report on Research and Innovation and serve as a basis for the Federal Government's decisions.
